Subscription, Login and Access Help

If you have questions about how to subscribe or the status of your current subscription, please contact our customer services department at (888) 670-8900 (toll free) or +1 (908) 547-2200 or email  If you are having difficulties accessing the content from one of our publications, it could be for different reasons.  It could be that you or your company does not have a subscription for that particular publication, or that you are not logged in on your computer.  Either way, please let us know and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.

Frequently Asked Questions

My company has a corporate subscription.  Why do I need to create an account/register to use this site?

When you register you will have access to all your subscriptions each time you visit the site.  You will then be able to log in with your username and password if you access the site from a different computer.  This design allows you to read our publications anywhere, and not just from your corporate intranet.

I subscribe to more than one Informa publication.  Do I have to register for each one separately?

You will not be required to register for each publication.  You only need to register once, and you will have access to all publications to which you or your company subscribes.

Do I need to log in each time I access the site?

No.  After logging in for the first time, you can select "Remember me" so you won't need to log in each time you want to access your subscriptions. However, for security reasons, you will be prompted to periodically log in.  This may happen after a month from last logging in, or when attempting to make a purchase or change your profile information.

I registered, so why am I asked to log in each time I access the site, even if I am logging on from the same computer?

There could be a couple of reasons why you are not recognized after registering.  One possibility is the security level on your computer may be set "high."  If that is the case, your computer may be programmed to delete or disable all "cookies."  Or your company intranet may have security parameters set at the firewall or proxy server level that prevents your cookie information from being stored at the local desktop. please consult your internal computer support or contact customer service.

Once I have registered, can I log on to the web site from another computer?

Yes. If you log on from a different computer, you will be asked to enter your user id and password.  Once you log in, all of your preferences and subscriptions will be accessible.

How will the personal information I provide be used by Informa?

As stated in our privacy policy, none of your personal information will be distributed or sold to third parties.

What will happen if I share my username and password with a colleague?

If you share your username and password with a colleague, he or she may disable your access to your subscriptions.  Your subscription limits use to one user.  Sharing your username and password is a violation of your subscription agreement.  If you or your colleagues are interested in getting additional seats to your account, or possibly a site license, please contact customer service.

How do I search past stories?

You may browse through the publication archives on each publication homepage using the calendar icon to flip through past issues.  You may also click on "Advanced Search" in the search box in the upper right hand corner of the site. The advanced search template enables you to enter search date parameters.

How do I sign up for a trial subscription for a publication?

Trial subscriptions are available for all of Informa's publications. To sign up for a trial, click on the "Free Trial" link on the publication's homepage. You will be asked to complete a short registration form which will also register you on our site and enable you to utilize features just for registered users! You will receive a 30 day free trial.

Why did I not receive the weekly/daily/monthly e-mail newsletter?

Click on "My Account" in the navigation bar at the top of your screen and then select "Email Subscriptions & Preferences." You can indicate for which publications you want to receive email newsletters and alerts. You can also update your E-letters & Blogs and Email Information & Offer preferences on this page. NOTE: You do not need to be a subscriber to sign for publication newsletters!

I forgot my password. How can I log in?

On the login screen, enter your user id (email address) and click on "Forgot password?" and your password will be reset and emailed to you. If you forgot your user id or your email address has changed, please contact customer service.
